KNEELING WOMAN IN PRAYER
Cape Dorset, 2001
Stone, 5 x 1.25 x 2.25”
Oviloo: “I remember when I was 5 or 6 being told about God by
the Catholic Church. I learned that even people who do bad things can
be forgiven. I still believe this, although I believe in traditional
Inuit spirituality too: people go hunting without praying first and
they can still find food!”
