It is with great pleasure that we present the first print by Annie Pootoogook. INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR is the impressive result of recent work the artist has undertaken at the Cape Dorset print shop. This print recreates Annie's memory of a typical Cape Dorset home from her childhood in the 1970s. Instinctively managing the potential and nuance of the new print medium, Annie has transformed her characteristic imagery into an atmospheric rendering that is at once iconic and enigmatic.
